She is a professional with a wide experience in Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition.

As a public relation and marketing manager of ESTUDIO DELION, she has promoted the knowledge of the Intellectual Property by means of the organization of events and congress, for example: “Advantages & Importance of Registering a Trademark”, in collaboration with the Spain Chamber of Commerce in Peru, “What to know: Before, During and After registering a trademark®” carried out together with the prestigious Peruvian– German Chamber of Commerce.


Virginia C. Delion is continuously encouraging the knowledge of the Intellectual Property by means of the publication of interesting articles in local and international magazines, as well as the internet.

With a perfect skills in English, French and Spanish as well as her ambitious and very independent personallity, she has been representing the company in the most important international events, improving the network in an amazing way.


Virginia C. Delion studied Intellectual Property at the Peruvian Intellectual Property Office – INDECOPI's college and Unfair Competition at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (= Pontifical Catholic University of Peru ).
