In the beautiful city of Madrid – Spain , last December 21, 2007, the first place of the Ulises 2007 prize was awarded to Alain C. Delion , Esq. legal manager of Estudio Delion SRL , this prize is granted to the branch or office of CTO Group which gets the most notable academic, administrative and legal achievement during the year.

The Spanish company CTO Medicina was adviced by Estudio Delion since its establishment in Peru and its general management has been in charge of Alain C. Delion , esq. by request of CTO.

CTO Medicina is a large multinational company with subsidiaries in different countries, such as: Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela among

other, its specialization is the medical education, mainly the training of professionals for the resident physicians exam, which is well-known under "MIR" initials in Spanish languague, this exam allows doctors to achieve a residence in Spain for following a medical specialization.
