On March 22, 2007 , it was held a lecture entitled: “Advantages and Importance of Registering a trademark”. This event was organized by Estudio Delion together with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Peru .

Facilities of the Spanish Chamber welcomed a great number of small and medium businessmen interested in knowing about this fascinating subject; the lecture lasted two hours approximately and the attendees had the opportunity to clear their doubts up regarding the advantages of registering a trademark

Speech was in charge of Alain C. Delion Esq., partner and lawyer of Estudio Delion, graduated in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (“ Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú ”) , with specialization in Intellectual Property and Competition Law.

Alain C. Delion , Esq. is a member of the International Trademark Association - INTA, a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property as elements of fair and effective national and international commerce as well as a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) , a London–based institution, which influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession throughout the world.
