PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
This
requirement is only in case the product does not have the Certificate
of Free Sale and Use. This physical-chemical and microbiological
analysis is carried out in accordance with the product or products
to be registered (including one for each flavor), it can be
pursued by the manufacturer's laboratory (identifying the report
number, analysis date and code or key word), and must be signed
by the chief of control and quality or by any of the Laboratories
credited by INDECOPI (=National Institute of Defense of the
Competition and Intellectual Property), signed by the legal
representative in both cases.

DOCUMENTS
VALIDITY
The
documents granted abroad must not be older than one (1) year,
from the issuance date and accompanied by their respective translation
into Spanish, if necessary.
