Power
of Attorney(*); if
the applicant is an artificial person, the Power of Attorney
must be duly signed by the legal representative of the applicant,
legalized by a notary, who must certify that the signer is empowered
to grant this document; as well as legalized by the Peruvian Consulate.
On
the other hand, if the applicant is a natural person, it
is only necessary that the Power of Attorney must be duly signed
by the applicant, legalized by a Notary and the Peruvian Consulate.
One
Power of Attorney is sufficient for any number of patent applications,
and this can be filed within the sixty (60) days after
depositing the application.

.Time of prosecution of a Trademark Renewal:
3 months aproximately.
